Africa GBC Day is a focused gathering offered by the GBCSA aimed at people from outside of South Africa interested in starting a GBC or who have already started the process. The day will consist of in-depth discussions and workshops with the leadership of the GBCSA and WorldGBC. Building on the outcomes from the Nairobi conference and the lessons learned since then, we will go into depth on the practicalities of building a GBC, including issues of governance, finance, operations and rating tools, as well as continuing to develop the WorldGBC Africa Regional Network.
